We go to a great deal of trouble to ensure that we only offer for sale goods of the highest quality, sourced from reputable suppliers around the world.
However, we recognise that from time to time, a customer might wish to return an item they have purchased from us.
Defective goods

All our products carry our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee and, in addition, a minimum of 1 year Warranty against defective materials or workmanship.
Occasionally, in rare circumstances, we recognise that goods can leave us in excellent condition and be damaged in the delivery process, or they had a fault in them when they left the factory.
In these circumstances, we will of course replace the goods for you at no cost to you. To arrange this, please email customer-service@worthydeal.co.uk with a brief outline of the problem, and we will supply you with a Return Authorisation number, and an address where the faulty goods are to be sent.
Please note that no returns can be accepted without prior communication with us and/or a Returns Authorisation number. |
