Therefore, we back everything we sell with a 30 Day Replacement Guarantee.
This means that, in the first 30 days of receiving your goods, if for any reason you find the item does not function properly, you can return it to us for a replacement, at absolutely no cost to yourself.
This Guarantee is in addition to the usual manufacturer's Warranty, of at least 1 year with all our products. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To make use of the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee, please email customer-service@worthydeal.co.uk with a brief outline of the problem or difficulty and we will supply you with a Return Authorisation number (We're sorry, but unless we have authorised the return, we won't be able to accept the return and send a replacement for you) and details of how to get your item back to us.
