If you have not received your parcel from us please don’t worry as there are many reasons why a parcel may not arrive as expected.

 

·         If you received a dispatch email from us then you can be sure your parcel is on its way.

·         In the unlikely event that your parcel is severely delayed please refer to Royal Mails terms for missing parcels.

·         Sometimes customers paying via Paypal believe a payment is instant when in fact it is an eCheque and has yet to clear (please double check as this is common)

·         If you paid via postal order but have not yet had a payment received or dispatch email then unfortunately your payment has not been received.

·         Over 99% of parcels will arrive within the 1st 3 days of posting but every now and then unexpected delays do occur.

·         We only accept a parcel as lost once 15 working days pass from dispatch date (The same as Royal Mail) any parcels missing for longer than this will be replaced or refunded in full and a lost parcel claim reported to Royal Mail.

·         If you requested an alternative shipping address unfortunately your order will go to the address registered with eBay.

 

We guarantee that you the customer will not lose out when a parcel goes missing, we only ask that you let Royal Mails processes/terms play out.
