Ebay introduced the new Feedback 2.0, giving customers the chance to critique sellers P&P charges - BUT not the quality of the service. P&P Post & Packaging costs reflect ont only the actual cost for the delivery but also an element of the cost of the packaging materials used to package your purchase. For example the padded envelopes, poly bags, bubble wrap, and adhesive tape all of which cost a lot of money, and are essential to ensuring your purchase arrives safely with you.
We take time to tape caps and lids of bottles & Tubes and to wrap fragile items in plenty of bubble wrap.
The whole order prociessing, packaging & despatch process takes time and money and whilst our Postage and Packing may not be the cheapest, we hope you appreciate our prices are. We believe that even with higher P&P charges than some, and for good reason, our overall price is lower.
We believe that Ebay are endeavouring to push sellers down the FREE P&P route as they cannot charge their commission on the postage, but it is not FREE P&P it is inclusive in the purchase price of the item and therefore a cost to us.
When leaving FEEDBACK we would ask our valued customers evaluate our overall P&P (postage & courier charges, quality of packaging etc). We are a small growing business operating in a highly competitive field, and regretably if we see a downward trend in feedback ratings for P&P, then we will have to reconsider our P&P policy and increase prices for this service, and if this happens, everyone except eBay will lose out.

Unlike shopping carts you may find on our, or other, e-commerce websites, Ebay's and Paypal's checkout facility does not automatically combine orders for multiple items or combine P&P fees.
So when you checkout an order containing multiple items, you will often see a combined P&P cost in excess of our maximum charge (£6.95 for Mainland UK Customers). So that we can amend this amount for you, please follow these simple instructions:
Do NOT pay for your items.
Instead, when you have finished shopping with us, please request a combined invoice from us through Ebay, and we will combine your various orders into one, and amend the P&P charge. Once we have combined your items, we will send you a single eBay invoice, confirming the individual items on the order, and the one single P&P fee of £6.95. This will be done through eBay.
From that email, a link will enable you to Pay via Paypal easily, or within the email, there will be further instructions on how to pay via our other accepted payment methods.
If you do make a mistake and accidentally pay the higher P&P quoted by eBay, please do not be concerned as 99% of the time we spot these overcharges and will refund you immediately and you will often see references to our honesty in our feedback pages.
Once a week on a FRIDAY or SATURDAY, we reconcile all eBay transactions to our central accounts system and all omitted refunds are processed then.

UK COURIER DELIVERY
World Equine regrets that whilst we can guarantee orders placed with us will be despatched within one working day, we cannot be held responsible for our chosen delivery partner’s performance. In the unlikely event that our delivery partner fails to deliver within the specified timescale (usually 24 or 48 hours from despatch Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays & Weekends) we will work closely with you & them to ensure your delivery is received as quickly as possible. UK COURIER DELIVERY - COURIER SURCHARGES
Our courier service supply partner Parcelforce apply a surcharge for delivery to off-shore UK and some Scottish Highlands postcodes and we have to pass the cost of this surcharge onto the customer. It is however impossible to build this cost into the Ebay system as it does not have that flexibility, so we will apply the cost afterwards if we are not able to add it to your invoice prior to payment. We are sorry but the cost is too high for us to absorb and to continue to offer such competitive product prices. The cost is currently £6.00 and the affected postcodes are:
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25
CHANNEL ISLAND DELIVERIES: For all Channel Island order deliveries that are too big in weight to be delivered via Royal Mail postal services, these will be treated as International Freight and quotations will be obtained for delivery via a Freight Service prior to processing your order. Typically such orders will be for heavy and high value items over £46.00 in value (maximum standard Royal Mail insurance value).
