Changed your mind?
We don't currently offer exchanges but we'd be happy to accept the return of a book order if it’s unwanted. It needs to be returned in the original undamaged condition, using the original packaging or a suitable alternative, with a copy of your dispatch note/receipt slip and to the following address:

As Wordery won't reimburse you for any returns postage costs, we don't stipulate a postage method to use. However, we won't be able to process your refund if the parcel arrives damaged, doesn't contain your order information or if it fails to reach our warehouse within 30 days of the date you received the order. Please request, and keep, a proof of posting receipt for your records.
If you don't have your receipt slip/dispatch note, don't worry; pop a note inside your parcel with your name, address and order number instead. We need this information so we can process your return.
When your return is completed by our warehouse, we'll be in touch. In the meantime, we wish you very Happy Reading!
