Delivery and FAQs
Specialist titles take a little longer to dispatch. This is indicated by a longer estimated dispatch time on our eBay listing.
Our standard postage type is Royal Mail 2nd Class in the UK, and Royal Mail International for the rest of the world, so we cannot provide a tracking number.
So we can provide a great range of books, including rare titles, we obtain some specialist titles directly from the publisher after a customer places their order. This is why there is a longer dispatch period.
Print on Demand
Some specialist titles are Print on Demand; this will be stated on the listing. They may be uncorrected reproductions of the original text.
We don't offer combined postage. Our items are packaged separately as we aim to provide the best overall deal, including postage, for our customers.
Once an order has been completed via eBay and the payment has cleared, we are often unable amend or cancel the order. However, you are able to return the item to us within a 30 day period.
We can send PDF invoices, via email, after the order has been dispatched. Please contact us if you require an invoice.
Please note, as we do not include any pricing information in our parcels they can be sent directly to someone as a gift. However, the name of the purchaser is not included, so the recipient will not know who the gift is from unless you let them know.
We do not provide a gift wrapping service currently.
We cannot exchange items but we are happy to accept returns if the item is still in perfect condition and unused.
As Wordery will not reimburse you for the returns postage costs, we do not stipulate a postage method to use.
Please request, and retain, a proof of posting receipt.
