I am a pretty frequent customer of this outstanding online coin shop. Unfortunately with this particular purchase, the post office let the side down by losing the parcel. The seller's communication concerning this mishap was excellent, prompt and polite. After a fortnight, and it became clear to both parties that the coins had been lost in the post, a refund was promptly issued.
