Postage & Packaging Charges

We aim to charge approximately what it costs us to post your items. This cost includes what we are charged by Royal Mail, the cost of packaging, and our time in picking, packing and posting your order.

In the UK we offer free P&P on many of our smaller items. On larger items such as long needles we charge a fixed price regardless of how many items you buy (as long as you pay for them in one transaction). If you want to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 24 / 1st class, Signed For or Special Delivery, you'll only need to pay this price once - but you may have to ask for an invoice so that we can ensure this happens correctly.

For our overseas customers we aim to keep our postage costs as low as possible.

To keep your P&P charges down - and to help us keep our prices down please ensure that you pay for all items with one payment - e.g. by using the basket / cart. eBay will automatically work out a postage price for you, or you can ask us to put together a combined invoice. We recommend using a standard PC browser on ebay.co.uk if you have problems getting eBay to let you pay for multiple items at the same time.

If you think you have been overcharged please get in touch and we will look into it. Please be aware that if you have paid for multiple items individually, then the costs we incur are higher than if you paid for them together - such as non-refundable PayPal and eBay fees.


Dispatch Times

We will normally dispatch your item within one business day and often the same day if paid for early enough. As we are based in the UK please be aware that your dispatch may be delayed due to national UK holidays.

Whilst we aim to dispatch your order rapidly, this is no guarantee that the postal service will be as rapid. This can be affected by many factors, particularly custom and security check delays for international orders.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

The vast majority of our orders are sent using Royal Mail.

In the UK, with Royal Mail 24 / 1st class, Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. Royal Mail 48 / 2nd class aims for delivery in 2-3 working days. However, with both services they can take considerably longer. Royal Mail will not consider investigating unless 15 working days have passed since it was due to be delivered.

Royal Mail aim to take up to 7 business days to ship to the rest of the world. Royal Mail will not consider investigating unless 25 working days (20 for Europe) have passed since their delivery aim date.

Once we have dispatched the item we, like all other postal users, have no control over how long it will actually take to be delivered. If you are concerned it is taking a long while, please get in contact with us.


Tracking

Our standard delivery options are not normally tracked. If you want a tracking number, please select "International Tracked", "Royal Mail 1st Signed For", or "Special Delivery" - or get in contact with us.


Returns Policy

We offer a "no quibble" return policy. You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund. We'll pay the shipping costs both ways if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
