All paid for orders will be posted within 24 hours excluding bank holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be posted Monday afternoon. I use Royal Mail First Class for U.K. deliveries and Royal Mail Airmail for International destinations. I will attempt to reply to all enquiries as soon as possible, most queries and orders will be dealt with between 9am and 3pm - Monday to Friday. I will give Refunds for damaged or incorrectly ordered items or exchange those items for the correct size. Remember that it could take up to 14 days for delivery to European locations.
