Items are dispatched on a next working day delivery service within 1 working day of payment clearing. As items are delivered by a courier company problems may sometimes arise that may cause delay in delivery.We cannot be heald responsable for any items delivered late. The next working day is an approximate time, there may be probelms with the courier which may cause a delay in delivery.
The courier does require a telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding delivery, if you do not provide one at the time of payment delays in delivery may arise as a result.
When returning an item the buyer will be responsible for any costs for returning the goods.
