Can I buy this item
now, and pay after my holiday / when I get paid?
I would prefer it if you didn't. All of my items are listed
over and over, and all items are available from my store as long term
listings. Therefore, you won't miss out. Leaving an item unpaid for along
time means that you run the risk of receiving a none paying bidder warning and possibly negative
feedback. Please just buy when you're ready to pay.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I
collect my item to save on postage?
I'm afraid not. The address I have registered with
Ebay is my home address. None of the items I have on sale are kept at this
address, therefore please do not turn up expecting to collect an item. I
work on a strictly mail order only basis.
How much is postage?
Postage should be displayed on each individual auction. However, a summary of my shipping and handling charges

Do you
offer combined postage?
If more than one item is purchased, I am happy to
post all the items together, and offer a postage discount. Details can be

I live outside the UK, can I buy your item?
Yes, however, you should note that if delivery times are shown in the auction, these

Why have I not received my item?
If you have not received our item within:
7 days (UK customers)
14 days (Europe Customers)
21 days (customers outside Europe)
then please e-mail me and I will look into it. If an item is lost in the post, I will replace it with no charge to yourself.
Why have you not left feedback for me?
I use Ebay's Selling Manager Pro to manage my auctions.
It is set to automatically leave feedback as soon as it is left for me. Therefore, if you would like feedback left quickly, just simply leave it for me and ours will be there within a few minutes.
Can I have a refund?
As long as you contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Why does your postage cost more than the price of a stamp?
Please note that in addition to the cost of the actual postage, and the packing costs, Ebay permits the addition of a reasonable handling fee, to cover the costs of posting an

Why have you not replied to my e-mail?
If you have sent mean e-mail and not received a reply, I'm sorry. I can not be at my desk 24/7
but I do try to answer as quickly as possible. Occasionally, I also have a day off.
Therefore, if you're e-mail was sent within the last 48 hours, please bear with me.
However, if you e-mailed me more than 48hours ago, it may be worth re-sending. It's possible that
you're e-mail may not have reached me. You could also check your junk
folder, just in case your SPAM guard has mistaken my e-mail for spam.
If you used Ask Seller a Question, please ensure that you did not tick the box to with hold you're e-mail address, otherwise my
reply is probably sitting an a never-checked inbox somewhere at Ebay.

It is rare that we have problems with item. However,
