Delivery

All U.K. orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Delivery, Recorded Delivery or by a Courier.

U.K. Next Day Delivery (Get it Fast) - The delivery charge is £6.99 per order. Order's must be placed on a Monday-Friday before 1pm.

International Delivery - Please allow upto fourteen days for delivery to International destinations. * Larger Orders - Please email us with your requirements and we will let you know the correct postage fee to be applied for your order.

Returns

You have the right to a cooling off period of 7 days after receipt of the goods during which you may cancel your order for any reason and return the goods to us for a full refund. You must inform us in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods within this 7 day period and return the goods undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for paying for postage costs for returning the item. (This period is extended to 14 days over the Christmas period). If the goods are faulty, you can return them to us and we will refund the full amount plus any returned postage costs. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days, and we will endeavour to keep you informed of the process. Your statutory rights are not affected. N.B. Items returned from the Royal Mail reason 'not called for' the original postage costs will not be refunded.
