Delivery

Combined postage is accepted on all orders. Pay only one delivery charge (if applicable) on all orders.

All U.K. orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Delivery or Recorded Delivery.

U.K. Next Day Delivery (Get it Fast) - The delivery charge is £6.99 per order, and orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service. Order's must be placed on a Monday-Friday before 1pm.

International Delivery - Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Service. Please allow upto fourteen days for delivery to International destinations. A signature will be required upon delivery. * Larger Orders may require an additional postage charge. We will email you with any additional postage costs to be applied if applicable.

Returns

You have the right to a cooling off period of 7 days after receipt of the goods during which you may cancel your order for any reason and return the goods to us for a full refund. You must inform us in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods within this 7 day period and return the goods undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for paying for postage costs for returning the item. (This period is extended to 14 days over the Christmas period). If the goods are faulty, you can return them to us and we will refund the full amount plus any returned postage costs. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days, and we will endeavour to keep you informed of the process. Your statutory rights are not affected. N.B. Items returned from the Royal Mail reason 'not called for' the original postage costs will not be refunded.
