All buyers must make sure that payment for items is received within 7 days from the date of purchase See bidding/buying section below for more information. We ask that all buyers complete checkout, even if you are sending payment via the post, this is so we know how we will be receiving payment and roughly when to expect it. If you are having difficulties with making payment after purchasing an item from us please contact us to let us know and so we can see if we are able to help, under certain circumstances we maybe able to extend the pay within date for you.

UK Buyers:

UK buyers can payment by the following methods:

1. PayPal - the fastest and safest way to pay we normally dispatch goods paid for by instant paypal transfer the same day as cleared payment.

2. Postal Order - this is the next fastest payment method as long as the postal order isn't crossed we can post the same day as we receive the postal order.

3. Personal Cheque - once we have received the cheque we will do our best to pay it into our bank the same day as we receive it or the next working day, as cheques take 5 working days to clear we wait to dispatch goods until we have confirmation from our bank that it has cleared, this is normally exactly 5 working days (7 days in total including weekends).

If posting your payment to us please make sure that you include the following information; include a note with your eBay User Id, Postal Address, Item Number/Title, along with any item colour selection that may be required (this will be stated in the listing or there will be more than one colour listed). You may printout the completed checkout (winning buyer or payment reminder) email/page and send this with your payment, remembering to add any colour selection required. Failure to include one of these may result in a delay in processing your order.

International Buyers (non UK):

We will only accept PayPal from non UK buyers, no acceptions, this is to ensure a safe and fast transaction for both parties. Any overseas buyers that make a purchase and say that they are sending payment will be logged as non paying buyers, and you will be given the option to agree not to complete the transaction (unless you can pay by PayPal), and NO non paying buyer strike will be given, if you do not agree by the 7th day after dispute has been opened, and no payment still being received we will close the dispute (resulting in a non paying strike against your account) and you will be left negative feedback. General

We offer FREE UK P&P! International (Non-UK) items will still carry a small P&P fee, see international section below.

We ship most orders the same day (or the next working day) that the order was placed, although this will depend on the time of day that the order is placed (orders placed before 12noon will be sent the same day), we do not post on Sundays as the local post office is shut, though post every other day of the week unless otherwise stated on our shop home page, e.g. bank holidays, national holidays, any other time the post office is shut or we are taking a holiday ourselves. We send out a dispatch notification to all our buyers, this will be sent to your registered email address with eBay, if you haven't received one then we suggest you check your junk mail as we always send them out.

When posting goods we get a royal mail proof of posting (posting certificate), if you require proof an item has been sent we can email you a copy of this on request. If you require proof of delivery we recommend recorded signed for option when you check out (if you are a international buyer and require proof of delivery please email us for a quote on the price for international signed for, please note that prices start at £8.00 but final price depends on the amount you order and it weight).

We retain the right to upgrade the shipping method on any order where we see fit, we will never downgrade a shipping method without contacting the buyer and agreeing it with them before shipping the order, cases where we might upgrade the shipping method is is the buyer make separate payments for multiple items and has paid more P&P and we have enough after receiving payment fees to upgrade the buyer to a higher postage method.

We also retain the right to refuse to ship to a unconfirmed paypal postal address, if this happens your payment will be refunded with a note including the reason for the refund, and a dispute will be opened through ebay for this reason. Payment can then be made via one of our other payment methods if you are a UK buyer, and you will be emailed instructions for sending payment if this is the case. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is given during the checkout process.

For buyers that request orders to be shipped to address other than their registered paypal address; as per paypal policies as a buyer you shouldn't request an item to be sent to a different address other than your registered paypal address, also as a seller we shouldn't ship to any other address other than your registered paypal address, this is to ensure that you are covered by paypal's buyer protection. If you would like your order shipped to another address other than your registered paypal address we recommend that you contact us to arrange a solution before you purchase. If you decide you want it shipped to a different address other than your registered paypal address you are agreeing that you accept full responsibility for your packaging once it has been sent, and recommend you choose the recorded shipping method for piece of mind.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping rate is only available if one payment is made for all goods purchased, and we are unable to offer it if multiple payments have been made. Our P&P discount is automatically calculated when you complete checkout for multiple purchases from us, if you think that it is not calculating the correct amount or would like us to invoice you anyway please email requesting a total (new invoice), and we will send you a combined invoice. We are unable to refund or change P&P costs if a payment has already been completed for a purchase(s), or if multiple payments have been made. We have outlined how combined shipping works below.

Combined shipping costs are worked out as follows, for items of body jewellery the first highest P&P rate is taken, and then all additional items (including those purchased from separate listings) are £0.10p. Please beware that certain large gauge/heavy items of body jewellery may have a different additional item cost. Other items such as tools or piercing aftercare items (and generally other bulky or heavy items) are calculated on a purchase by purchase basis (a large majority of this is automated, if ebay's checkout is giving you an incorrect total please email us). If you wish to purchase several items, or are in any doubt please email us before you purchase, or would like to know how much the P&P will cost please email us with a list of items/item numbers that you wish to purchase, the country you are wishing to have the items shipped to and we will give you a quote. International postage rates will vary and we recommend that any international buyers that will be making multiple purchases contact us prior to purchase to ensure that they understand the higher rate of P&P. We will do our best to try and save your hard earned penny's!

UK Buyers:

We aim to ship all orders the same day they are placed (except Sundays as our local post office is shut or any other days stated on our shop homepage), normal first class post arrives within 1-2 days after we have posted the order, and first class recorded normally turns up the next working day, after the order was sent. Please note that items can take up to 15 working days to arrive in some cases, this is Royal Mails guidelines.

We offer several different postage methods please select the one which is most suitable for you. If you go for first class recorded delivery can you please ensure that someone is in at the postal address to sign for the goods, this is because if the order is returned to us we will charge you again for the postage so that your order will get redelivered. We also can offer Special Delivery for people that want a bit more piece of mind, or when ordering a large amount of jewellery, prices for this start from £5.45, if you would like this service please email us for a quote.

International Buyers (non UK):

We aim to ship all international orders the same day they are placed also, we will only ship international mail via royal mails standard airmail service. If you require international signed for, email us before paying for your order so that we can give you a price. International buyers must beware that it can take up to 28 working days for items to be received, although on average it does not take this long.

Bidding/Buying

Confirming to bid or buy an item is a legally binding contact, and once you have confirmed your bid or to buy an item from us you must pay for it, we allow buyers 7days to get payment to us, or to make payment, on the 8th day if no payment has been received we will open a non paying buyer dispute, and after 7day from date of dispute opening, and no payment still being received we will close the dispute (resulting in a non paying strike against your account) and you will be left negative feedback, and added to our block list, which will mean that you will not be able to shop with us again. If buyers are having difficulties paying we recommend contacting us a.s.a.p. so we can help you make arrangements for payment.

Buyers should make sure that they read the item description for an item and not just look at the pictures, we provide pictures to help you see what the product you are purchasing is like, as such pictures may contain more items than are for sale in each auction or per buy-it-now. By reading the item description you will find a line that starts in bold called "Quantity: " in all our listings this will tell you how many of that item you will get. Most listings also contain a line just before this that starts "You will get..." this too says how many items you will get, if you are in any doubt (or per chance we have made a typo and the two above lines differ) then feel free to contact us so we can make sure you understand how many you get for that auction or per buy-it-now before you make a purchase.

Returns

Health & Safety regulations forbid body jewellery being returned so please make sure you get the right size before bidding or buying, as we are unable to exchange or refund if you have purchased the wrong (size/colour/type) item, we do have a measuring body jewellery page, and if you are still struggling you should email us and we will do our best to help.

All sales are final on each auction/buy-it-now. Returns may only be made where on the rare occasion the wrong item has been sent or the item arrives damaged, or arrives faulty, if this happens please contact us for further details within 24 hours of receiving your order. All returns must be authorised before items are returned. All P&P costs are non-refundable this includes buyers return P&P if an item is requested to be returned if damage/faulty, or the wrong item, this also includes P&P costs to ship an item to the buyer originally. If you would like a full copy of our returns and refunds policy please contact us (prior to purchasing if you have any queries) providing your email address, and we will be happy to send you a copy.

Refunds

Refunds are very rarely given and only at our discretion in extreme cases, all P&P costs are non-refundable. If you have any problems with your order please contact us to sort out your problem before you leave feedback, most problems can be sorted out quickly within a few days with good communication.

Feedback

We leave feedback once the buyer has left us feedback, this is so we know the item has been received and that you are happy with your purchase. If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase please email us before you leave us feedback, as most problems can be sorted out quickly within a few days with good communication.

Lost Items

If an item has not arrived in the max delivery time alloted by Royal Mail then please get in contact with us so that we can help to replace your order. Our lost in post policy details how this process is handled and if you would like to see a copy please email us.
