Payment Methods

You can make payment via PayPal options with your Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. Customers using PayPal must fulfil the following requirements.

- A verified and confirmed address
- PayPal account holder must be the Receiver
- Only deliver to shipping address stated on PayPal payment

For other payment methods, such as bank transfers please contact us by email cs@wolu.co.uk. We support HSBC worldwide bank transfers, please contact us for further enquiries.

**NOTICE: Please mark your special request on the payment note and we will follow your instructions accordingly. If possible, please also provide your phone number for shipping convenience.



Shipping

After payment has been paid in full and cleared. Purchased goods will be delivered by one of the following chosen courier agents, DHL, Royal Mail, City Link and/or Parcel Force. Please allow 2-4 working days for shipment to arrive after completion of payment. We deliver to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Pick up at our London office is available upon request, please email cs@wolu.co.uk us for further enquiries.

We do offer international delivery to other Countries, Please check rates at postal and payments tab. Order will be posted by Royal Mail International Signed for service, Parcel global trackable service or DHL.

**NOTICE: We cannot be held responsible for late delivery parcels due to circumstances such as traffic congestion, adverse weather and etc.


Privacy Policy

*Wolu Limited believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We provide stringent and effective security measures and guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100% safe. All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection. Furthermore, information provided to us as a result on your online purchase is completely confidential and will not be disclosed or sold to any other party.


Warranty

Our warranty does not apply to:

a) Damage caused by normal wear and tear, abnormal use or conditions, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, improper handling or storage, exposure to moisture, unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs, improper installation, improper use of any electrical source, undue physical or electrical stress, operator error, non-compliance with instructions or other acts which are not the fault of Wolu Limited, including damage or loss during returning shipment from customers’ returns.

b) Damage from external causes such as floods, storms, fires, sand, dirt, earthquakes, an Act of God, exposure to sunlight, weather, moisture, heat, or corrosive environments, electrical surges, battery leakage, theft, or damage caused by the connection to other products not recommended for interconnection by Wolu Limited.

c) Failure to work and/or lost data due to (i) interoperability with current and/or future versions of operating systems or other current and/or future software and hardware which have not been recommended by the manufacturers of the products, (ii) a computer virus, worm, Trojan horse or memory content corruption, or (iii) malfunction or defect of the product.

d) Any product that has had its serial number altered, defaced or removed.

e) Any defect that is discovered/reported after the expiration of the Warranty Period.

Terms of Use

The buyer regards to agree full compliance to these terms and conditions as follows:

1. All selling products are brand new, never been used, not refurbished.

2. All technical specifications are taken from the original manufacturer's manual or website. They are subject to change without notice.

3. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. The seller will not be held liable for any personal injury, physical or others, and damage caused by the item purchased from this transaction

5. If buyer wants to cancel order, we will charge buyer 5% re-stocking fee. We will lodge complaints with eBay for any non-paid bidders. Negative or Zero mark comments will be left to non-paid bidders.


Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you can excerise that right is 7 working days beginning the day after your goods are recieved. The cancellation request has to be recieved by us in writing - by email cs@wolu.co.uk The unused goods (including any accessories which were included in the price of the goods) must be returned at the customer's expense within 14 days after receipt of parcel and customer is responsible for any damage durin the transit of the returned goods, (it also applies to products purchased as Christmas presents). We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund. Please note that software packages may only be returned unopened. Should you cancel your order within the cooling off period we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Any cancellation made outside the 7 day "cooling-off" period may not be accepted.

After Services

24 months after sales service is provided upon the transaction date. We are responsible only for the defect caused by manufacturers. We will bear the labor charges and costs of parts needed to repair the defective product.

The service does not cover the following damage: cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse abuse or negligence. We will examine the actual condition.

The service is only given to the original buyer. It becomes invalid when the product is sold to any other Third Party.

The service does not extend to any modification, conversion and alteration to meet local electrical conditions, safety standards and broadcasting systems.

This service does not cover any improper use of waterproof camera products. We will not be responsible for any damages caused by the leakage of waterproof housing or bag.



Returns & Refunds

Returns is only accepted if the purchase is found to be DOA (Dead on arrival), in order to exercise your rights to return your purchase, customers will be required to fill in an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, attached together with this email where you should state the faulty features and whether if you wish to be refunded or exchanged with another item. The returned item must come with all original packing and accessories, if the purchase returned is found to have some missing accessories or dents, we will reserve the right to charge customers 5% restocking fees. Access to RMA form will be advised by email only.

Our products come with a free 24 month in-house warranty (except for consumable products like cartridges or photo paper and accessories like batteries, straps, cases, earphones, cables and tapes). Lenses come with a 5 year warranty.

If your purchase develops a defect after 7 days and within its 24 months warranty (or within 5 years for lenses) we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge. It may take up to 28 working days or longer for repairs to be completed, depending on the manufacturer and complexity of the problem (e.g. availability of required parts).
