RETURNS /CANCELLATIONS

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us no later than 7 days (14 days for eBay buy it now transactions) after receiving your order, and we will provide all of the details you require to return your goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take reasonable care of the goods and that they are returned in NEW, UNWORN, PACKAGED condition. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyer's expense and they must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Please note that we do not refund postage & packaging upgrade costs and you are responsible for the item until it is received back at our offices, we recommend that you use a trackable service.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, a replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. No additional charges will be made for replacement item delivery. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund will be offered. As per the distance selling regulations we DO NOT accept returns on underwear, hosiery, wigs and make up.You will be provided with full the returns procedure and your returns number which must accompany the returned item. You must take reasonable care of the item while in your possession.

Payment methods accepted are Paypal , UK postal order, UK cheque. Bounced Cheques : Our prices quoted do not cover any bounced cheque fees. If a cheque payment is returned to us by our bank, then we will add the bank charges onto your outstanding balance. If a cheque does bounce, then an alternative method of payment is required in cleared funds within 7 working days, if the payment does not arrive, we will take legal action to recover the money outstanding. DELIVERY

Delivery will be made via Royal Mail standard 1st class service unless recorded delivery, Special delivery, or Other Courier are selected or unless otherwise stated on the listing. We reserve the right to send heavy Special Delivery orders via a next day courier service at our discression. We will cover the extra cost if items require courier delivery, where special delivery has been selected. If you are not in when delivery is attempted you will be carded, Royal Mail will hold items for 1 week, before they are returned to us. If items are returned to us, then you will be liable for the return costs (courier only). If items are required to be resent, then you will be liable to repay the P&P.

LATE / LOST ITEMS

1st Class Royal mail aim to deliver 1st class parcels within 1-3 days, however this is not a guaranteed delivery timescale. Royal Mail can deliver an item upto 15 days after dispatch, and will not class an item lost until this time has passed. Please allow 5 days before contacting us regarding a late 1st class parcel so that we can look into the whereabouts of the item, if it still does not arrive within 15 days please contact us to claim for the parcel being lost. No claims will be submitted for items outside of this guide. We understand that your item is important to you however we appreciate your respect of the Royal Mail guidelines.

NEXT DAY delivery items, if you do not receive your item the following working day please contact us immediately so that we can look into this for you. Please note the cut of for next day dispatch is noon, all orders paid for after noon will be shipped the following day for delivery the day after. No claims will be submitted for items outside of this guide. We understand that your item is important to you however we appreciate your respect of the Royal Mail guidelines.
