Delivery & Returns
When purchasing items from our eBay store, you can choose to receive your purchases in two different ways.
1. Delivery As Normal
You can have your purchase delivered as normal. Each item in our eBay store will have a delivery cost and service listed for it, dependent on the size and weight of the item. If you wish to purchase more than one particular item, then each extra item will attract a smaller addditional charge.
If you wish to purchase a number of different items, we may be able to revise the delivery costs depending on the items purchased. Please wait for us to raise a revised invoice in this case before arranging payment.
We will despatch items within a maximum of THREE full working days, starting from the date of receiving cleared payment. e.g. Pay for your purchases on a Monday at 7pm, we will ensure your items have been sent out before the close of business on Thursday.
Please also allow plenty of time for your items to arrive. Details of the delivery service used can be found in each item listing. Receipts for proof of posting are obtained each time.
2. Collect from a store !!!
Wilco Motosave has 24 stores located throughout Yorkshire & Lincolnshire. If you wish, you can choose to collect your items, free of any delivery charges, from your local store.
You will need to allow up to 7 days, depending on the items purchased, before collecting your items to allow us to get the items to the store. You must wait for us to let you know that your item is available for collection
Stores are open Mon - Sat, 9am - 6pm and on Sundays and Bank Holidays from 10am - 4pm. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. |
