* Shipping in the U.S. is calculated by the weight and is sent USPS Priority mail for the first wig and add a discount for each additional wig.
* For faster delivery USPS Express Mail calculated by weight for the first wig and a discount for each additional item.
* Shipping to Canada is USPS First Class International calculated by weight for the first wig and a discount for each additional item.
* International shipping is USPS First Class International and calculated by weight, for the first wig and a discount for each additional item.
PLEASE BE ADVISED FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL CAN TAKE AS LONG AS THREE WEEKS AND LONGER. THIS IS NORMAL FOR THIS SHIPPING METHOD. This is the most economical way however, it does take longer. Also the customs number provided with this shipping method is not a tracking number.
* If you have an important event to attend and need the wig sooner, it is strongly suggested to order expedited shipping such as USPS Express International which takes three to five business days.
* Please Understand that orders shipped outside the continental U.S. may be subject to tariffs, duties and/ or taxes upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these fees which may occur as parcels are randomly selected by the purchasers government customs.
* All items are packaged discreetly with no mention of wigs on the label. The only case would be customs forms.

Returns And Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. We must receive your returned merchandise in new condition (not worn or altered) with tags attached and packaging intact.

RETURNS must be received within 7 days of item receipt. We refund only the purchase price of the returned item less a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling. EXCHANGE orders are shipped to you free of charge (excluding the cost of rush service), however, we do not cover return shipping costs.

REFUNDS, we refund only the purchase price of the refunded item; we cannot refund shipping, handling insurance charges on refunded orders. *NOTE: Upon receipt, all exchanges and refunds are processed and shipped within 7 business days.
