1. Please note we have removed our size guide charts as the difference between manufacturers / suppliers  sizing make it too complicated.
2. Size labels in clothing can be misleading in due to differences between suppliers. Please be guided by the size in the listing. Please check the size against yourself before contacting us regarding size errors.
3. We are currently trying to measure our stock to give all required measurements not provided by the supplies I.e dress lengths, inside legs etc in each listing. We will try to answer individual size questions but on busy days, unfortunately these messages are the ones left in the inbox.
4. If a range of sizes are stated in the listing, this means the item covers that range of sizes due to the nature of the material or manufacture. one size generally means 8 to 14.
5. Returns Policy. Please contact us before returning an item, via ebay message or Phone 0871 871 0030 (Office hours). If there has been an error on our part or the item is defective, we will try to replace it, if not possible then we will refund in full. If you are wish to return your purchase up to 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, return will be at customers expense and we will refund the purchase price of the item only. These items must have been tried on over underclothes, be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Items are checked thoroughly on return. Obviously used items and items smelling of smoke, deodorant etc will NOT be refunded and any threats or coercion will be strongly resisted. (Again the actions of a few have caused us to take a firmer stance in our policies than we would otherwise wish). Friendly eBay Dispute Action may be required to recover our fees. Items that are non-returnable due to their nature will be indicated in the listing. e.g Body jewellery.
