We understand that receiving the item that you have paid for in good time is crucial, especially if you are relying on that specific item for an up-coming event and we use two very well known couriers being Royal Mail & DHL.
Both companies will bring your item direct to your door/workplace. Depending on the preference of your item the following postal options are available:
Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class (Recorded Option Available)
Europe & Rest of World Recorded Items
Royal Mail 1st Class – 1-2 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class – 3-5 working days
International – 5-7 working days
Rest of World – 7-10 working days
DHL UK – Next day between 8am – 6pm (if ordered before 3.00pm)
DHL will make three attempts to deliver the package to you. If they are unable to deliver the package to you then it will be held at DHLs facility for 5 more days before being returned to the sender.
Royal Mail will Attempt to delivery your parcel once. If they are unable to deliver the package to you then it will be held at Royal Mails facility for 14 days before being returned to the sender.

Once your item has left our warehouse, it is fully responsible by either Royal Mail or DHL, www.dhl.com or www.royalmail.com
All items will be shipped the same day before 4pm each day excluding Saturday and Sunday. Any orders processed for next day delivery must be ordered before 2pm daily except Saturday and Sunday.
Please note any orders made cannot & will not be changed after full payment has been made, please do make sure that you are happy with your purchase and the correct address has been entered.
No amendments can be made to any order by us.
If you are not 100% happy with your item, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Please also include a note with your username, order number or Postal Code in order for us to deal with your refund/replacement smoothly.
Please note that all items are still held responsible by the customer until they reach our warehouse and we will not be held responsible for any items sent to us in error.
Please return item within 60 days for a full refund.
Return costs will be covered by the customer if the item is unwanted.
If however the item has reached you either damaged or not corresponding to your invoice, this will therefore be covered by Wholesale Solutions LTD, please do contact us before you start any return process. If you are unsure about any of the returns policies, our friendly office staff will help in any way possible.
