Q ~ Can I make a change to my order after payment has been made?
A ~ After payment has been made, any changes whether amounts, colour or even address change cannot be made as we have to fulfil our promise of sending items out within 24 hours.
Q ~ I have received a damaged item, what shall I do?
A ~ Please in the first instance contact us, and we will do everything that we can to resolve the issue for you.
Q ~ Where is my item, it is past the delivery date given?
A ~ Please do take note of the date the item is due at the end of the payment process, this will tell you the exact dates that the item is due with you. Our warehouse packs and sends all items, same day before 3.30pm, however these times are an estimate and sometimes take a day or two longer.
Q ~ I ordered an item, and received something completely different, what can I do?
A ~ Please do contact us in the first instance and we will gladly help you in any way that we can. Please also note that some of the adverts have a drop down variations so please check you have selected the correct model, colour, amount etc.
Q ~ Can I cancel my order?
A ~ We are only able to cancel if we have read a cancel note before we ship the item. Even if you send us a cancel note straight after purchase we may not read it till much later that day and the item may have already been shipped.
Q ~ Can I exchange my item?
A ~ Yes, of course, please send the item back to us and we will gladly exchange this for you, you will however occur some postage costs for this.
Q ~ Can I order my item over the phone?
A ~ Please do call us with orders, we welcome customers calling us. We also offer a discount of 5% with telephone order and can also cater for wholesale orders as well as product sourcing from China.
