RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, inform us upon receipt stating your reason for return. It is your responsibility to cover the return postal costs and ensure the item reaches us in the same condition in which it was dispatched - we recommend using a recorded service. If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund - excluding all postal costs. We take every care in describing our items, however, should we fail to identify a fault within the listing, we must be informed of the product fault upon receipt of the item. Genuinely faulty items will be issued with a full refund including postal costs.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment must be received within seven days of purchase, after which the item will be relisted. We accept paypal, postal orders, bank transfers and cheques (over £10). Garment condition will be specified in the listing. Unless stated otherwise, all our items have been pre loved and worn - light signs of previous wear does not constitute a reason for return. This is the nature of vintage clothing and any notable faults will be identified in the listing. YOUR SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT to us, if you have any issues with the service or product, please inform us and we will resolve the problem immediately.
