| | If you change your mind about the items you have ordered, you can return them to us for alternatives or a refund within 7 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. reel boxes must be in new condition. For these goods and items ordered incorrectly you will be responsible for return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs of returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge. All of our goods are brand new and direct from the manufacturer. All of our goods have the manufacturer’s warranty and are covered for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover return postage. |
