Wheelies Direct takes every care to ensure that your ordered products arrive with you in pristine condition.
All goods are carefully packaged and processed through our internal quality control department.
Should any product arrive and you are not happy Wheelies Direct will attempt to remedy this as quickly as possible.
Returning unwanted or wrong goods.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your item/s to us in their original packaging.
This needs to be within 14 days of receipt.
Please include the returns sheet and let us know the reason for the return.
We will refund the item(s) including any postage paid as per the DSR.
You will be responsible for the returned product(s) until they reach us.
If we send the wrong item or the product is damaged we will cover your return postage costs
