Delivery
Goods are normally despatched within one working day and delivered in 5 days of despatch. The goods you order will be delivered to the address on your Paypal Account.
Returns & Order Cancellation
Whateversellswell has a no hassle 7 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we will refund the purchase value of any item returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. For us to refund any purchase, items must be returned unused & free from damage caused by use misuse or neglect. We cannot provide a full refund for any item that is not returned with all its original packaging. Items to be returned at your expense.
Your order can be cancelled up to 7 working days of receipt of your item. If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched or delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. You must take care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Warranty
If the goods delivered to you are not as ordered or have a manufacturing fault, please inform us within 7 working days of receipt. We will replace the damaged or defective products on return of the item at your expense. If replacement goods are not available, we will issue a refund.
Knives and Crossbows
It is illegal to supply knives and crossbows to anyone under the age of 18. Whateversellswell actively checks the details of all orders for these items, and other edged items. Should we be unable to confirm your eligibility, you will be asked to provide proof of age in the form of a photocopy of you drivers licence or passport.

All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications contained on our website are published or issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They will not form part of this contract.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is discovered we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and sent you confirmation by email to the email address you have given.
The contract is subject to your right of cancellation and we reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any individual or company at our absolute discretion.
