WHAT TO DO IF YOUR GOODS HAVE NOT ARRIVED?
We send most goods out via Royal Mail and they normally take 2-4 WORKING days, however they can take up to 7. If your goods have not arrived by the 7th WORKING day please contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Office to see if they are holding it for you. They should leave a card if they were unable to deliver but in most cases do not.
If you still haven’t received your item after 15 WORKING days, from the date of posting, (in accordance with guidelines on royalmail.com) please contact us again and we will initiate our lost parcel procedure.
