In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, a card will be posted through your letterbox. You will then need to respond to this immediately. On the card will be the phone number and consignment number, you must contact the courier to arrange redelivery. If the depot is not contacted in time the consignment will be returned to us. Further charges will then be incurred by you for the cost of your parcel being returned to us and redelivery to you. THIS CAN BE TRIPLE THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY COSTS.
