Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns on all items both “Buy it now” and auction under the following conditions.
Exchanges
You must let us know as soon as you receive your item if you would like to exchange it as we can then advise as to stock availability.
The customer is responsible for paying the correct postage to send the item back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items not received back, so recommend that recorded delivery is used.
The customer is also responsible for paying the additional postage costs to send the replacement item to them. No replacement will be sent without this being paid This can either be through paypal, or payment can be sent back with the returned item.
The customer is expected to return the item in the condition it was sent. Unworn and with any tags still attached. The item must be securely packaged (the mailing bag that it was sent in can be taped up and reused as they are very strong) and returned to us within 14 days of the item originally being received by the customer. Any item returned to us postmarked after 14 days will be sent back to the buyer as we cannot reserve stock for longer than this.
The customer must enclose a note confirming their ebay user id, the item being returned, and the item they wish to exchange it for. If the exchange item has become unavaliable, the customer will be offered a refund as below.
Refunds
We offer refunds on all items purchased. If a refund is required, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving their item.

The buyer will be refunded the purchase cost of the item, Postage will not be refunded, either to send or return the item unless the unlikely event that the item is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent.
