All our wellington boots come with a 3 month fair use warranty unless manufacturers warranties exceed this period.
If the item is faulty and within our 30 day main warranty period then we will collect the item from you and exchange it for a new item.
If the item is found to be faulty outside of this period then you would have to return the item to us and we will exchange it for you. We operate a fair use warranty and claims are assessed based on wear and use. Please contact us via email before returning the item to us so that we can email a guide to you which will explain how the item should be returned. |
