Please note that if you choose to make payment before receiving the combined invoice we are unable to refund you at a later date.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment, the majority of orders are posted the same day. We always use Royal Mail 1st class or 1st class recorded delivery. Sorry we do not offer an international postage service. Delivery is usually 1-2 working days, this is as advised by Royal Mail. Please be aware that this is only a guide and occasionally items may take a little longer, this is out of our control.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item for a returns reference number if you wish to return it. Returned items must be in perfect condition with the original packaging in tact.
Fancy dress costumes will be thoroughly checked for signs of wear and if in our opinion the costume has been worn no refund will be made and the costume will be returned to you.
Unless faulty or damaged goods are returned at your own cost. We recommend that if returning goods you use recorded delivery or obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items that do not arrive. Unless faulty the refund will be made for the cost of the item only and not the p&p paid. **Please note that for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on wigs, unless faulty, or latex balloons as they are a perishable product and are therefore exempt from our returns policy.**
