Purchasing
Once you have won the auction please use the WebUK checkout to pay. There is a link on all WebUK ads to do this.
The WebUK checkout will allow you to:
- Open a Free WebUk account to administer your website from
- Advise specifics about your purchase
- Pay for your purhcase.
The process takes about 5mins to complete.
If you do use the eBay checkout to pay, please seperately visit WebUK.biz and open a free account there. Also please use the eBay contact form to me to advise of the username of your new WebUK account and specifics about your purchase. Each eay ad will advise what you need to advise.
It is required for you to either:
- Pay within 7 days of purchase.
Or
- Advise how and when you will pay within 48hrs of purchase and this will be responded to ASAP.
Once you have made a purchase you may choose not to proceed with the purchase. it is required for you to advise that you DO NOT wish to proceed within 48 hours of purchase or negitive feedback will be left and an eBay dispute opened.
All users who make a purchase are required to open a FREE WebUK account as advised above. These accounts are used to administer your purchase including any domain names linked to your account and hosting packages you may have. This account MUST include your real address and phone number. You may request for this account to be deleted once the account is no longer used.
Refunds
If you already have paid for a service you may be eligable for a refund as advised below. Please contact me if you do wish not to proceed with a sale and would like a refund.
Linux Hosting
You receive a full 7 day refund garuentee after purchase.
Windows Hosting
You receive a full 7 day refund garuentee after purchase.
Domain name
No refunds
Pre-Designed Websites
You can receive a full refund minus a 25% non refundable deposit up to point you actually receive the website. Once you are in procession of the website no refunds are given.
Bespoke work or Bespoke website
You can receive a full refund minus a 25% non refundable deposit up to point you actually receive the work. Once you are in procession of the bespoke work no refunds are given.
SSL certificates
No refunds
Money due on refunds will be refunded to the same credit card, debit card, bank, Paypal, or Nochex account that was used to make the origional payment. We can also offer a credit note instead of refund if prefered.
