Q: Do items come with all accessories?
A: Items come with the accessories listed only. All items will include a power cable and instruction booklet where applicable.

Q: Are the items New?
A: All items listed in the store are New

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We aim to deliver all items within 1-3 days. Goods ordered before 2pm (weekdays);are despatched the same day. Goods ordered;after 2pm (weekdays) are despatched next working day. Goods ordered over the weekend or bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day. Deliveries may be delayed slightly for certain postcodes or geographical areas.

Q:; What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?
A:;Our couriers should contact you via email and/or Text message to advise you of an approximate delivery time. However if you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.

Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: We ship products Worldwide. Please refer to the Delivery and Charges sections for exact costs per country.

Q: Can I return my item if I change my mind?
A: Yes, you can return any item (at your expense) if you change your mind about it within the first 30 days after delivery. You must return items undamaged, unused;and in their original packaging. Please contact us prior to returning your item to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number.

Q: What warranty do I get with the item?
A: All items are covered by a manufacturer warranty. The exact length of the warranty varies by manufacturer. The length of the warranty on your item will be clearly stated on the listing.
