Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of you receiving the item and obtain a full refund. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so that we are know that you want to return it to us.
We are unable however to refund any postage charges that you incurr in returning the item to us (however, we will refund the postage you paid when you bought it)
If your item is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please take a photo of the damage / fault and then contact us so that we can take the necessary steps to arrange a replacement or a refund.
We may ask you to return the dmaged item to us if we decide to pursue a damage claim with the carrier. If we do ask you to return the item, we will refund you the postage paid to return it to us.
