Items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being cleared. normally will be post by Royal Mail 1st Class with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days.
Postage by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery and Recorded Delivery (with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 working days) is available at an extra cost of £0.99 .
International delivery is normally by Royal Mail International Airmail . Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8working days to Europe and Ireland, and 5 to 15 working days to USA, Canada and Rest of the World. The option of postage by Royal Mail International Signed-For is available at a cost of £9.99.
We will only send replacement items once it is confirmed with Royal Mail that the item is lost. This will be 14 days from the date of the initial dispatch. For items that were sent by Recorded Delivery, this will be 18 days from the date of the initial dispatch.
