All products are BRAND NEW. And all items have been tested and packed in good conditions
We are dedicated towards after-sales care. All items are double checked before being sent. Returns are accepted but contact (for a return request) must be made within 5 working days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 5 working days of acceptance. If returns are due to a change of mind, a 20% charge will be deducted from the total invoice price to cover administration costs. Returns due to items not being as described or faulty items will not incur any administration costs and will be fully refunded. Postage and packaging costs of all returned goods will be borne by the buyer.
Please ensure that you include all the relevant details when returning goods, namely your eBay ID, your email address, the item number and your full contact details. Failure to do so will otherwise result in a delay in processing.
