• All Wayfair items sold on the eBay Marketplace are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full price of the item minus the return shipping costs. You may return your item for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. All you pay is the cost of shipping back to us.

First of all, we're sorry that happened. Let us help you in every way we can. Go to wayfair.co.UK/ebaysupport. We send out replacement parts or a full unit free of charge if your item arrives missing parts, damaged or defective.

If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer’s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them.

If you need to cancel an order or make any changes to it, please call us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE at 0800 917 5124. We can't cancel an order once it has dispatched, so the sooner you call the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we can't make the change or cancellation before the order ships, you may need to return the item, which would fall under our standard return policy.
