Do you combine delivery?
Since we need immediate payment, you must first purchase the items you want individually and then we'll refund you the difference between the combined delivery cost and the total amount you spent on the delivery for the individual orders. Email us at ebay@wayfair.co.uk for a delivery estimate.
Do you offer delivery insurance?

How much are Delivery Charges?
We provide FREE DELIVERY on most items over £40. Certain products do carry delivery charges per item. The total delivery charge, if any, will be detailed in the shopping basket prior to checkout. The most you will pay for delivery is £19.99. This applies to items like bunk beds, bedroom sets and china cabinets. *Additional charges apply to extended areas such as Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Isles.
How will I know when my item is dispatched?
We'll email you a delivery notification once your order has left the warehouse. We send this to the email address you have on file with eBay. If your email address is out of date, take a moment to update it so you won't miss any of our notifications.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
It depends! Go to wayfair.co.uk/ebaysupport to track open orders. On each listing we show you an estimate (not a guarantee) for the time it generally takes the item to leave the warehouse plus the delivery time. Additionally, when we receive notice of your order, we will send you updated information regarding when to expect your order.
How will my item dispatch?
Most of our items dispatch via UPS. For bigger stuff we dispatch via freight carriers who specialize in heavy and bulky items.
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is available to physical addresses in the United Kingdom. Additional delivery charges apply to extended areas such as Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Isles.
Can my order be delivered to an address other than my eBay registered address?
You can change your address during checkout by clicking the 'Change Postal Address' link. You can also send a note with your payment or go to wayfair.co.uk/ebaysupport to let us know.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order until it leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't dispatched yet, we'll cancel the order and give you a full refund. If the order has already dispatched, you can return the product under our standard return policy at wayfair.co.uk/ebaysupport.
What payment methods are accepted?

What if I want more than one of an item?
For most products, we have more than one available. Feel free to stock up!
What are the dimensions of this item?

What if my product is out of stock or discontinued?
We do our best to make sure products are in stock and ready to ship. However, occasionally products become out of
stock or discontinued before we can take down the listing. We will update you if this happens. If the item is out of stock, you can
either keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.

You'll receive an order confirmation e-mail from us when we process your order. This can take 24 to 72 hours if you paid with PayPal.
