Firstly, please be assured that our aim is to have you as a satisfied customer.

To help us to achieve this, we ask that you use these terms and conditions as guidance and, in the event that there is anything standing in the way of you being a satisfied customer, to contact us. We will always do our best to help.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms & conditions.

In accordance with distance selling laws you have the right to change your mind and return any item purchased from us for a refund.

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange (excluding warranties) you must return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the item, unused, in the same condition that you received it, in all its original packaging. We will refund the full cost of the item purchased including the original postage and packing charges. It is however YOUR responsibility to cover the cost of postage when sending items back.

After 7 days from receiving the item you no longer have the right to return it unless there is a fault with the product or there has been a mistake with your order. In this case we will be more than happy to rectify any problems.

If there is a problem with your order for whatever reason please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback - your satisfaction is important to us!

Non paying bidders will not be tollorated, we have a set period of 7 days to recieve payment. After this time you will receive a prompt in the form of a non-paying bidder alert which is intended as a reminder that you have 10 more days to complete the process before we file for a final value fee credit and issue the unpaid item process, you will recieve a unpaid item strike which may result in you being banned from eBay.

We send most items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Parcel Force or a private courier and always keep proof of postage therefore if an item does go missing en route to you we would ask you to be patient. All our packages will require a signature on receipt will allows us to tell if it has been delivered. If you are within the UK please allow 7 days before contacting us and always check that you have not been given a card saying delivery was attempted but no-one was there to collect.

Overseas delivery may take longer depending on your location and we will give you a delivery date with your overseas shipping quote. We have no control with items being held in customs when shipping to certain countries. Please take this into consideration when waiting for your order to arrive.

If you receive a faulty item or a damaged item please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. Please include details of the eBay item number, your eBay user id and a detailed description of the problem.

If the item has been damaged in transit please keep all of the original packaging. If a claim is to be made with the Delivery Company this will be required.

Where an item is faulty we will replace this at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be given. In the case that a replacement item is available but a refund is requested the refund will be for the item price only, not the postage costs.

When you pay with PayPal for an item covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, you may receive protection up to €1000.00 at no additional cost
