| Watercraft Superstore uses several warehouses that house items for us and they do not ship internationally. These items include but not limited to: impellers, inflatable tubes and some smaller accessory items. Therefore, international customers items will have to be shipped to us first and then shipped to you, adding to the shipping transit time. All shipments will have a tracking number emailed to the email address that you have provided us with and will be traceable through the shipping company’s web site.
We ship items internationally via United States Postal Service. Generally speaking we will ship items International Priority which takes about 6-10 business days (non-trackable). If you would like your item shipped quicker we offer International Express shipping that will get your item to you in about 3-5 business days, of course this option does cost more. Some items will fit in a small flat rate box, this of course saves you money on shipping, however, these boxes cannot be tracked on the postal website. Transit times are based on what the Postal Service quotes and does not include delays in customs within your country. Please, before paying for your item, check with us on rates, do not simply put in your own price for shipping, it holds up on shipping times. Also, please request an invoice at check-out so that we can select the correct shipping amount and method. If for some reason there is a miscalculation in the shipping cost we will have to collect the money via paypal before the item(s) are shipped out.
Watercraft Superstore will not be fraudulent on any customs forms, so please do not ask. We only put the true value of the items in the box.
We cannot ship any chemicals internationally due to postal regulations.
We cannot issue return call tags for international customers. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct items before completing your check out (i.e. correct sizes for apparel items and correct engine parts for your ski). All returned items for international customers will be shipped at the customers expense.
If a package is returned to us for non-receipt, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If you would like the package resent to you, there will be another shipping charge.
