Returns Policy

Returns

 

You are fully entitled to return goods which are not suitable for your needs.  We try to photograph and describe everything as clearly and informatively as possible; but with the best will in the world, a photo can't always tell the whole story.  The item may not fit, might not really suit you, or you may simply not like it so much when you see it 'in the flesh'.

 

If you want to return an item, please ensure that it comes back to us as received, unaltered and with all manufacturer's packaging, any paperwork, guarantee, etc; we obviously have to re-sell the item, and if any of the original deal is missing or altered, we can't sell it again as fully new.  We appreciate returns being on their way back to us within 7 days, please; but they MUST in any case be returned within 14 days.

 

In the case of unwanted goods, we refund your full original payment including p&p.  You are responsible for safekeeping and returning the goods to  us;  we strongly recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting (free on request from the Post Office when you mail the item), to support any claim you may need to make in the case of your return being lost or damaged in the post.  Return costs are the buyer's responsibility. 

 

Complaints  We're careful to check items before packing and despatching them, but we're human!  In the unusual instance of our making a mistake (either an incorrect or a faulty item), please contact us as soon as possible after receipt - we'll do everything we can to sort things out as quickly, helpfully and efficiently as possible.  If you require a refund in these circumstances, we'll refund not only your original payment, but also your costs in returning the goods to us (Limited to cost of 1st class post or the original delivery service used, whichever is higher).

 

Refunds for whatever reason are always made by the buyer's original payment method; i.e. Paypal payments will be refunded via Paypal, and so on.
