Delivery Details
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using First or Second Class standard post for UK addresses and Air Mail Small Packet post for addresses outside the UK. No order tracking facilities are provided.
Orders will normally be dispatched the same day or next working day after the order is placed. Deliveries within the UK are normally next day after dispatch for first class post but can take longer depending on distance, dispatch time and collection time. Please allow up to five working days, or longer if there are bank holidays or a period of bad weather. For deliveries outside of the UK please allow up to ten working days, again allow longer for bank holidays and periods of bad weather.
Refunds and Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by sending an email to admin@watchstrapstore.co.uk as soon as possible. Any payments already processed will be refunded to the original debit/credit card, Paypal account or other form of payment used.
Refunds will be given up to 14 days after delivery if goods are returned, at the buyers expense, in the condition they were supplied in. All refunds will be made to the original debit/credit card, Paypal account or other form of payment used.
Arrangements can also be made for amending orders before dispatch or supplying an alternative product after return of the original.
