Shipping Rates

We use Royal Mail Second Class or Courier service dependant on the weight of items

We will display a shipping weight for each item, which can be found in the item description; this will include an allowance for packaging.

For combined postage please contact us before paying, we can then adjust your shipping cost accordingly as a guide you can add together the shipping weights for each item you have selected and then select the appropriate shipping rate below.

Once you have decided on your purchases, click buy now select quantity you require, confirm, and then wait for us to send you an invoice for all your items with the appropriate shipping charge for combined items.

For example:

You buy three items

Item 1 shipping weight 100 grams

Item 2 shipping weight 250 grams

Item 3 shipping weight 350 grams

Total shipping weight 700 grams which gives total shipping cost £2.96 for the three items by 2^nd class post

Please note that Courier deliveries generally take 3 to 5 working days from dispatch point.

All international buyers should contact before purchase for a shipping quote.

Payment

We do not require immediate payment on buy now items so if you wish to shop for multiple items in our shop you may do so and then make one payment for all items. If you choose to do this once you have selected your items wait for us to send an invoice with a combined postage discount. We normally send invoices between 9am – 10 am each morning Monday to Saturday

We prefer payment by PayPal but also accept cheques, postal orders and banker’s draft

Returns Policy

Please inspect your goods on receipt, if they are damaged or not satisfactory please contact us immediately so that we can agree a remedy.

If goods are damaged we will offer replacement or refund, if goods are to be returned please obtain a confirmation email from us agreeing refund costs, if you require replacement goods we will refund return shipping at an agreed rate.

We offer refunds subject to the following conditions;

The customer is responsible for P&P on returns unless you have first contacted us and have received a confirmation email from us agreeing to refund P&P

Any product that is returned must be in the same condition as when it was dispatched

No refund will be given for items returned in a used condition

Dispatch

Items will normally be dispatched within three working days of cleared payment
