We value you as a customer, and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with each purchase. For that reason, we ask that upon receipt of shipment you carefully inspect all merchandise for damage so that we can take immediate action if it becomes necessary. West Skelston Services has a 14 day from date of purchase return policy.

IF YOU FIND THAT ANY PORTION OF YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT…

Please notify us by email (ebay@westskelstonservices.co.uk) or by calling 01387 272407 within 24hrs of receipt. This is vitally important! We will begin the process to have the merchandise returned within 2 days of notification. Damaged merchandise presented for return, must be accompanied by a copy of the original shipment receipt. Please take precautions against additional damage to the merchandise you are returning. We will contact you with regards to uplift arrangements.

If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase…

If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e. – you ordered it and then decided that you didn’t want it), you may return it and we will gladly credit your credit card, minus any shipping or handling charges.

If the content of the package is not what you ordered…

If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e. – we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), please accept our apologies. We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. Just follow the directions for returning the product.

Condition of Return:

Please email us (ebay@westskelstonservices.co.uk) and let us know you wish return part or all of your purchase. Please explain the cause of the return. Be sure to include your name and address and the sales order number for the top right hand corner of the paperwork. We will notify you of the date of collection for the parcel – please ensure you are in to return it to the carrier.

For undamaged items, they must be in original packing material, and any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received in mint restockable condition. We reserve the right to apply up to our replacement cost of the item if it returned damaged as a result of improper packing. Please pack properly!

For damaged items being returned, the packing policy above applies to prevent further damage.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS ARE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HRS AND WE PROMISE TO DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO FIX THE PROBLEM. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BEFORE NOTIFYING US OF THE PROBLEM. WE WILL FIX IT!

Credit:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your credit card will be credited appropriately and you will receive confirmation of the transaction in the post with your credit card refund attached.
