• Buyer should make contact within 3 days of the item being sold.
• Payment should be received within 7 working days of the item being sold.
• Compatibility is not guaranteed, it is up to the buyer to ascertain to their own satisfaction that the product is suitable for their required application. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. Please email for any questions you might have before bidding/buying.
• Item is guaranteed to be received in perfect working order unless otherwise stated. Please advise all faults within 7 days of receipt of item. No other guarantee is implied of assumed unless specifically stated within the listing.
• We will fulfil our obligations under the distance selling regulations. Should a buyer want to do a return on that basis, then the buyer pays the cost of returning the item. The DSR only applies if the item has been un-opened, and is returned within 14 days of receipt and the buyer has advised that a DSR return is being done within 7 days of receipt.
