1. Order

These policies concern all Ebay orders.
If you want to combine an Ebay order with a regular shop order, please contact us by e-mail to determine the shipping costs.

2. Payment

At the moment, the payment method we can offer you is by credit card (Master Card, VISA), using the PayPal service, or directly by PayPal account.

With a PayPal account you can make payments by
credit card, bank account transfer, debit card or PayPal balance.

You can pay for your item online through PayPal.
You have the choice of funding your payment with your debit card, credit card, bank account or PayPal balance.
Sellers are notified by email of your PayPal payment immediately, and can confidently post the goods to you right away.

3. Shipment

Your goods will leave our stock usually within three working days. If any delay of more than seven days should occur we will inform you. The shipping with 'CTT CORREIOS Portugal' which is the regular mail service in Portugal, usually takes worldwide about 5 - 7 work days. In very few cases the mail service can be delayed 2 or 3 weeks due to the mysteries of the mail service or customs, but this practically never happens.

4. Forwarding expenses

There are no minimum order quantities required. Packaging and handling fees are included in the shipment fee.
The Shipping fee is calculated based on the weight, the price and the format.

The prices for international shipment are:

5. Delivery

We will send the order as soon as we received your payment receipt from paypal.

6. Return policy

CDs and videos can be returned within 7 days from arrival, only in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Unsealed CDs are excluded from the conversion, except the CD has a manufacturing failure.
Please note: Postage and packing costs for return has to be overtaken by the customer.
