DELIVERY INFORMATION

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

If your item is to be delivered via courier please inform us of a suitable week day for delivery.

deliveries are all day calls and normally occur between 8.00am & 6.00pm.

unfortunately we cannot stipulate time calls.

Saturdays can be arranged for an additional charge - please email for a quote.

Courier Delivery prices are quoted for Zone A - if you live outside of zone A - please email for a delivery quote.

Selected items are available for collection from our Wolverhampton stock centre - WV2 2QD. please email for details should you wish to collect in person.

In the event of an item being lost in transit a new item can be dispatched to you once confirmed lost. Please be aware that we do have tracking details for certain products sent out but we do not individually monitor each delivery. This information can be provided on request from the customer.
