We always use the safest and most cost effective way to get your purchases to you. UK Royal Mail packages are sent out every day of the week Mon-Fri. We have a COURIER collection on most weekdays.

UK Royal Mail: To ensure that we can offer you low cost shipping, we have a Packet Post Contract with the Royal Mail and most goods under 2 Kg in weight will be sent by this method. The goods are delivered within the 2nd class UK postal system and normally take between 2 - 4 days to arrive from the date of posting. If you require a faster delivery, please email us. We obtain a proof of posting certificate for every item sent.

Insurance: At checkout you can opt for the additional security and extra insurance levels offered by Recorded Delivery.

UK Courier Delivery: Larger and heavier items are sent with one of our two courier partners. They cover most of the UK at a standard price of £8.50 for a guaranteed NEXT DAY delivery (NEXT DAY means delivered to you between 9am and 5pm the day after we despatch your goods). For parcels over 2kg delivered to the Highlands & Islands regions and Northern Ireland, we use Parcel Force Standard Service at the post office. Please check the delivery rates when you bid or buy from us or if you are in any doubt please contact us for an exact quote on delivery charges before you purchase your item(s).

Rest of Europe, USA & Canada, Rest of the World: It is not possible for us to detail every possible postal or courier charge for these regions in the checkout area.
