Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it to us unused, in its original condition with all relevant materials and packaging within 7 days. Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt Refunds for unwanted items are subject to a 12% restocking fee and postage and packing will not be reimbursed.
To return your Items please post your items to the address shown below. Please supply your contact details and order number so we can match your return to the completed form. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
Alternatively you can e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, contact information and indicate the reason for retuning the item.
7 Day Cooling off Period
Under the Distance Selling Regulations a customer has the right to "cancel" the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
Postage is only refundable if the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
We do not offer refunds on any items that have been personalised unless they are incorrect as per your order
All returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. unused with original packaging and all relevant materials enclosed. Any Returned items that appear used, smell of perfume, Cigarette Smoke or washing Powder will not be accepted.
