1. Delivery Times
1.1 Delivery on our
Business Service can be anytime between 9am – 5.30pm
1.2 Delivery on our
Home Service can be anytime between 9am – 7pm
2. Cut Off Time
2.1 All orders received before 1pm will be despatched the same working
day for a next day delivery.
2.2 Although 95% of our parcels are delivered next
day - please note this is not a guaranteed service.
2.3 W E Roberts cannot be held
accountable for late deliveries if the parcel has been despatched in
accordance to our terms - after this point we are in the hands of our
couriers. Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the next working day.
3. Delivery Attempts
3.1 Our standard business service is only one attempt delivery, with three
delivery attempts on our standard home service.
3.2 On non-delivery a card will
be left where access is possible indicating the local depot where your
parcel can be collected. It is the customer's responsibility to rearrange
the delivery or collect the order from the local depot.
3.3 The parcel will be
held at your local hub for 5 days before being returned to sender.
4. Additional Services
4.1 We can offer additional services at an extra charge. For this service
please contact us through the eBay messaging service before placing your
order.
Saturday - Not guaranteed but should arrive before midday

Priority 12 - Not guaranteed but should arrive before midday
- £3.95
Priority 10 - Is a premium guaranteed service before 10am
- £9.95
5. Offshore Deliveries
5.1 Due to the higher rates imposed by our carriers we have to impose a
surcharge to remote and inaccessible areas which we class as offshore
addresses - postcodes below are classed as offshore:

AB30-56; KW1-3; KW5-17; HS1-9;
IV1-28; IV30-37; IV40-56; IV63; PA20-49; PA60-78; PH30-50; ZE1-3
Northern Ireland
BT
Isle of Man
IM
We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.
We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays
Please double check the delivery address before sending your order. Any
extra charges incurred by your error will be passed on before delivery.
6. Parcel Tracking
6.1 You will be informed by email when your consignment has
been despatched giving details on how to track your parcel(s).
7. Pallet Shipments
7.1 Pallet shipments are made on an outside haulier on a
next day service. The driver will deliver the pallet as close to your door
as possible. We cannot guarantee he will break down a pallet and help carry
goods to your actual door. Please ensure you have help at hand if you live
in flats etc.
7.2 If access is questionable please contact us
at time of placing order to discuss sizes of vehicles
appropriate for your address. If access is not possible and we
haven’t been advised, we may incur a re-delivery charge.
7.3 Delivery could be anytime between 9.00 -
5.00pm the following day so please ensure someone will be
present to accept the delivery.
8. Accepting Delivery
8.1 Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing
for the parcel(s). If any part of your order is defective or missing, please
reflect this on the carrier's note e.g. "damaged in transit" or "2 parcels
only received" etc. and refuse delivery of the damaged parcel only.
A signature of "received in good condition" may void any
subsequent claim for damage in transit.
