OUR RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return for a refund within 5 days of receipt. 

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE CONTACTING EBAY/PAYPAL AND BEFORE LEAVING ANY NEGATIVE/NEUTRAL FEEDBACK OR LOW DSR'S GIVING US THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE ANY PROBLEMS. We are here to help and always do our best to make all customers happy :-)

Please check your item(s) as soon as received and contact us via eBay as soon as possible if there is a problem or you simply wish to return your item(s). We will respond to your return request within 1 working day. We will send you an email to confirm once we have received the item back and we aim to process returns within 3 days. Refunds will be sent via the original payment method.

A full refund (minus any P&P) will be issued once the goods are received back in as new and saleable condition. We will refuse returns where the item is not in its original saleable condition. Buyers are always responsible for the safe return of purchases.

INCORRECT ITEMS / FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED

Reasonable Return postage cost will be refunded if we are at fault or if the goods are proved to have a manufacturing fault. Please check your item(s) as soon as received and return back within 5 days of receipt. Any incorrectly sent goods must be returned and received back before a replacement or refund will be issued.
