We will upload our response to this Negative Feedback "It is quite funny!!!" and we also saw this coming. Basically it was a non payer, we sent a payment reminder 3 days later only to receive a shirty message moments later. We will publish this too and our reply. Just remember the truth always comes out and its always best to be nice and honest "We always are!!!" but unfortunately some people arn't. This is what we call Feedback Abuse...

We wouldn‘t lower our standards. …All we have done here is to show what a Wonderful Customer you really are and you have turned out to be! and just to let all our Valued Customers know that you paid late (Only after a payment reminder was sent to you) and you didn’t like that fact!. ...“All we did was to send you a payment reminder 3 days later after not receiving any contact or payment from you!!!”, so you then decided to get hateful about this and seek revenge by just leaving Negative Feedback for us after we sent your item to you!!!, Just like you have done on so many occasions for everyone else you seem to buy from. [The proof is in the pudding as they say].

It previously said [Please Look @ Our Shop Pages [Left Margin] ■Negative Feed Back Response] …Just like the feedback we gave in the past for another negative feedback we received which oddly enough has not been removed. Something tell us that there was a complaint made. "Were not Surprised!"

Hi, Thank you for your payment. Its not up to a seller to chase payments!, If you buy something "You pay for it! That's how it works!!!", this is just as anyone would expect it to work too (Even you). If you need time to pay or you only want to pay for your shopping on a Monday!, "All you have to do is say so", This would have been fine with us. However we have no ill feelings towards late payments.

After Payment Was Received That Evening, We Dispatched The Order The Next Day! (Picture's Below Show). The Purchase Date Shown On The Invoice Also Shows The Date Of Payment Was Made. Notice how we posted straight away and didn’t make the buyer wait over 3 days like we had too!!!.

...2 Mins before Negative feedback was left on this occasion we got blackmailed by e-mail that this person was going to leave Negative Feedback which stated [At This Point You Leave Negative Feedback This Will Do Bad Puplicity], "We didn't even get a chance to reply!!!".
No Messages! Apart from being Blackmailed 2 mins before Negative Feedback was left. This item had only been shipped / Dispatched on the 14/11/11 to be shipped to ITALY from the UK and only 8 working days counting Saturday have past as a result of this Negative Feedback… We would of loved the chance to have resolved this situation with the customer if we were to have been given a chance.
